Well my seasonal adjustment continues this week, as does my feeling like a wrung out dish cloth. So in the meantime, here's a picture I thought was really neat. Kind of puts it all in perspective doesn't it? Keep strivin' for that pollen y'all!

hey you, i totally had a moment this weekend where i thought --zesty would understand. we will have to get together and bitch about restricted diets and how hard they are to follow. as well as more light hearted stuff of course. i just wanted you to know that i can completely relate to the struggle with food/diet, health. it is an ongoing battle and take a strong soul to weather it. i'm here for you sistah.
