Spent the better part of last week at a work conference. It was a brutal week of 7 a.m. starts, 8 p.m. finishes and then trips to work to stay on top of things and getting out by 11 p.m.
The conference itself veered between inspirational and nails on a chalk board and with a move of furniture to contend with yesterday, I've spent the better part of today parking my butt on the couch and watching television. Thank God daylight savings ended. That extra hour of sleep is a Godsend.
